Personal mission statement
My mission is to live a life of integrity, empathy and compassion. I strive to continuously grow and learn, seeking to understand and appreciate the diverse perspective of those around me. My aim is to show the world with my actions how to be at peace.

As a family life coach, I help families and individuals identify their various values, wants, needs and goals, I help family members come up with strategies to reach these goals as well as keep them accountable. Parents come to me researching for techniques in how to communicate better, how to get closer to their children and how to talk about difficult topics such as: drugs, alcohol, sex, relationships, etc.
